Professional Growth Strategies
Research has shown that employees that have clearly defined and well communicated work
expectations experience high levels of job satisfaction, increased productivity and reduced job
turnover. This workshop will help both the manager and employee with these goals.
Professional Growth Strategies  goes beyond typical work
expectations (salary, hours, job duties) and delves into your work
concepts and work ethics. This seminar engages participants in an
exploration of ten variables that effect employment relationships:
Structure        Environment        Balance        Diversity
Autonomy        Stability        Recognition
Teamwork Expression        Career        Growth
The Work Expectations Profile helps participants to:

  • Focus on their high expectations

  • Reflect on whether their expectations are met or unmet or whether they are spoken or
    unspoken

  • Act on what they have discovered
The Work Expectations Profile Individual Report makes it even easier for managers and employees to
dialogue about their work expectations. The Gap Analysis provides participants with an at-a-glance
